    Heat the dark chocolate on the stove until it melts using a double boiler.

    Add 150g of Fresh Cream

  • 3.

    Add 30g Truvia For Baking Caster Sweetener

  • 4.

    Add 12 tsp of Cocoa Powder

  • 5.

    Leave the mixture to rest for 2 hours minimum

  • 6.

    Evenly divide it into portions of 15g then cover the pieces with Cocoa Powder
