Ingredients

  • 1 Small ripe banana, peeled.

  • 2 Tbsp Truvia For Baking Brown Sweetener

  • 1 Tbsp Water

  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract

  • ¼ tsp Salt

  • 2 cups Oats

  • ¼ cup Pumpkin seeds

  • 2 Tbsp Quinoa seeds

  • 2 Tbsp Chia seeds

  • 2 Tbsp Sunflower seeds

  • 2 Tbsp Flax seeds

  • 2 Tbsp Walnuts, crushed

  • 2 Tbsp Cranberries, dried

  • 1 Tbsp Coconut oil

Directions

  • 1.

    Preheat the oven to 150°C.

  • 2.

    Line a large baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.

  • 3.

    In a small bowl, mash the ripe banana with a fork.

  • 4.

    Stir in water, vanilla extract and Truvia For Baking Brown Sweetener. Mix until combined and the sweetener has dissolved.

  • 5.

    In a separate medium bowl, stir together all the seeds, nuts and berries.

  • 6.

    Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.

  • 7.

    Spread granola out onto the prepared baking tray.

  • 8.

    Bake for 35-40 minutes, careful not to over bake.

  • 9.

    Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the baking sheet before storing in an airtight container.
