3 Eggs
1000ml Milk
4 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp Vanilla essence
750ml Cake flour
½ tsp Baking powder
Directions

In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk, oil, Truvia For Baking Caster Sweetener and vanilla essence.

Sieve the flour and baking powder into the wet mixture. Mix together using a hand mixer until a smooth batter forms.
- 3.
Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour or scoop batter into the pan using approximately 1⁄4 cup for each pancake. Cook for 1 - 2 minutes until bubbles form Flip and cook until browned on the other side. Repeat with remaining batter.
