Oat and Banana Bars made with Truvia For Baking Brown Sweetener

2 cups Rolled oats
125ml Desiccated coconut
125ml Sesame seeds
125ml Walnuts, chopped
125ml Dates, chopped
1⁄2 tsp Salt (optional)
125ml Truvia For Baking Brown Sweetener
2 – 3 Overripe medium bananas, mashed (about 3⁄4 cup)
125ml Butter, melted
Directions
- 1.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- 2.
Grease a 20 cm square baking pan.
- 3.
In a large bowl, stir together oats, coconut, sesame seeds, walnuts, dates, and salt.
- 4.
In a medium bowl, mix together mashed bananas, Truvia For Baking Brown Sweetener and melted butter until combined.
- 5.
Add the banana mixture to the oats and stir until evenly incorporated.
- 6.
Spread mixture into prepared baking dish.
- 7.
Bake until the bars are golden brown, about 25 minutes.
- 8.
Let cool, then cut into bars.
