CHEESECAKE
90g Digestive biscuits
200g Cream cheese
200g Greek yoghurt
1 tsp Vanilla bean paste
TOPPING
150g Mix of chopped strawberries, prepared raspberries and blueberries
Directions
- 1.
In a large bowl, crush the biscuits, leaving some chunky pieces.

Divide into 4 small glasses or serving bowls and set aside.
- 3.
In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until soft and then fold in the yoghurt, vanilla and Truvia For Baking Icing Sweetener.
- 4.
Spoon the mixture over the biscuit crumbs and place in the fridge to chill for at least an hour.
- 5.
In a small bowl, mix the berries with the Truvia For Baking Icing Sweetener and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
- 6.
Once ready to serve, remove the cheesecakes from the fridge, top with the berries and enjoy!
