2 Large ripe Mangoes
125ml Coconut milk
2 Tbsp Chai Seeds
Mango slices for decoration
Directions
- 1.
Put the Mango flesh into a blender and blend.
- 2.
Add in the coconut milk and Truvia and blend until smooth.
- 3.
Add Chia seeds – Mix well
- 4.
Pour into a bowl, cover and chill for a minimum of 30 minutes.
- 5.
Decorate with slices of Mango
