Iced Crunchie made with Truvia For Baking Brown Sweetener and Truvia For Baking Icing Sweetener

With their delectable crunch, it's easy to see why these pistachio and coconut topped Iced Crunchies are always a fast family favourite. Made with Truvia For Baking Brown Sweetener and iced with Truvia For Baking Icing Sweetener, these are the perfect sweet treat.

  • 310ml Cake flour

  • 310ml Oats

  • 310ml Desiccated coconut

  • 185ml Truvia for Baking Brown Sweetener

  • 1 Tbsp Honey

  • 125ml Butter or margarine, melted

  • 1 tsp Bicarbonate of soda

  • 3 Tbsp Water, boiling



  • 1.

    Preheat the oven to 150°C.

  • 2.

    Combine the flour, oats, coconut and Truvia For Baking Brown Sweetener into a mixing bowl.

  • 3.

    In another bowl, combine the melted butter or margarine and the honey together. Mix the bicarbonate with the boiling water and add to the margarine mixture.

  • 4.

    Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, a little at a time.

  • 5.

    Press the mixture into a greased and lined Swiss roll tin (23 x 30cm) and bake for 20 minutes.

  • 6.

    When light brown, remove from the oven and cut into squares. Switch off the oven before returning crunchies for roughly 10 minutes to dry out. Allow to cool before removing from the tin.

  • 7.

    Mix a few drops of water with the Truvia For Baking Icing Sweetener until a smooth mixture is formed. Drizzle over cooled crunchies and sprinkle with crushed Pistachios and coconut flakes to decorate.
