Chocolate Pancake recipe made with Truvia Low-Kilojoule Spoonable Jar Sweetener

These Chocolate Pancakes made with Truvia Low-Kilojoule Spoonable Jar Sweetener, are the perfect way to start any day. Fluffy and full of chocolate flavours, this is definitely the recipe for you!

    In a large bowl, combine flour, Truvia Low-Kilojoule Spoonable Jar Sweetener and salt.

  • 2.

    Add milk, melted butter, eggs, cocoa powder and vanilla, whisk until very smooth.

  • 3.

    Place the batter in the fridge and allow the flour to absorb the liquid for 1 hour.

  • 4.

    Place the pan on the stove and heat on medium, wait until hot.

  • 5.

    Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray

  • 6.

    Pour in ¼ cup of the batter in the pan and swirl to form a thin layer.

  • 7.

    Cook for about 1 minute or until golden brown on the bottom before flipping and cooking the other side for 30 seconds.

  • 8.

    Place cooked pancakes on a plate and allow to cool for 2 minutes.

  • 9.

    Stack the pancakes with wax paper between each layer to prevent them from sticking.


Place several rows of fresh or frozen raspberries, strawberries, banana slices or fruit sauce down the center of the pancake and fold it up. Top with whipped cream and dust with cocoa powder.
